New build with aftermarket assassin turbo kit

I can tell you one thing... There is absolutely no comparison... I started with the AA Stage II tune and clutch, then went to the turbo. The turbo hands down rocks and the performance from 0 to 60MPH with the turbo cuts the time in half. It a huge performance upgrade (my times are posted...

    Heater Performance

Same low heat temps as well. Sitting still its awful. I have not done any real digging but does any one have the burping/bleeding process documented or know where we can find it?

    Steering/EPS issue and question

Fellas, need your help to ensure im not going crazy. My steering has seemed to have gotten really tough to turn when the machine is sitting still (grass or pavement). So much that it takes 2 hands and a lot of force to turn the wheel. The dealer said Polaris has a bulletin and they needed to...

Snow Plows for Expedition ADV 2

Hey Ed, did you have to build a custom mount? I have a full hydraulic lightweight swoway plow and I'm thinking about doing the same thing.

Schmidty dual rate springs and high volume nitrogen endcaps

Love my SRS springs and end caps. Its true ride hieght and spec for the shocks. I did have to slightly adjust the rears after 500 miles. 1/4 of an inch tighter. I do carry about 200lbs of tools but it rides great. You'll love the upgrade.

    Aftermarket Assassins Turbo Kit

I got it for rolling up long mountain hills on the east coast with a loaded cab full of tools. The difference is night and day, I don't feel like its running out of steam anymore. The AA Turbo and SRS springs w/res end caps are my two best mods, without a doubt..

    20% ceramic tint

I did my windshield at 50% with ceramic tint, it certainly blocks the heat. Buddys say they can barely see me inside but 50% is light enough to not cause any visibility issues at nighttime.

    I Chickened Out

Yes, you can replace\upgrade the end caps with Schrader valve caps. There are many out there. I have read that some have experienced empty or very low PSI on new shocks. MTS Off-Road Schrader Valve Reservoir Caps (FOR FOX SHOCKS)

    I Chickened Out

The Schmidty (SRS) spring kit and 200 psi of nitrogen is a must. It gave me back the 3 inches of sag and the machine rides so much better than it did with stocks springs new. (which wasn't bad from a ride perspective) It was one of my best upgrades. I haven't pulled the trigger on long travel...

Looking for an aftermarket driveline XP5

If it were me, and I hope it is someday soon, I would wait for Sandcraft. That thing is impressive. Did you check resellers like Fueled? They look like they have them.
