Has anybody made a custom tonneau cover? Or is there a less expensive cargo tonneau cover some place?
Thanks

Rotokap. Pricey though.
I got one, it is pricey and it mostly keeps out the dust.... If I didn't already have the Rotokap, I would likely get the Kelly. The rotokap is higher in the front (by the cab) and slops down in the back. It's OK, but not ideal. And if you have something on top of it, you have to remove it to get into the trunk. As I am typing this out, I am thinking.... anyone want to buy a Rotokap?

Unfortunately I'm still looking a that Rotokap. For trapping it would be great. Can't stand getting my equipment loaded with snow or rain and for the most part could keep everything in the machine for the season instead of loading and unloading for whatever reason. Someone stop me!!

I pointed out the negatives, but for the things that matter most, the RotoKap is great. It is solidly built, it fits well, it looks good and I can store a bunch of stuff in the trunk.

I was riding with a friend/mentor (Hi Vic), it was a super dusty day. When we stopped, he pulled out a small battery powered leaf blower. He would use it to blow the dust off of the sides and back of his ADV before opening, window and tailgate. It made a big difference on how much dust got in his rig. I liked the idea so much that I went to Harbor Freight and got one. It helps a lot.
