The inside of our XP5 has a LOT of dust in it. How do you all clean the interior of your XP/ADV? Can I spray it with a hose?

Thanks
JG

Mine being an XP Ultimate, it’s open to all the elements when out riding. SxSs in general are made to handle dust, water and mud, so all the sensitive stuff is reasonably well sealed.
I typically pressure wash mine out, just being careful not to pressure wash directly into the electronics, speakers, etc.
I’ve never had any issues from washing this way, either on my General previously or the Xpedition.

I first use a leaf blower to get all the excess dust out. Works great! Open the doors and let er' blow! Then I just take the garden hose and adjust it for a fan spray and get it all wet. I don't point it directly at any electronics though. Then I use a chamois to dry it all out. I will then leave the doors open for a few days to let all the moisture out. Never had any issues!

JT, can you suggest a good spray-n-wash product for excessive mud/granite on the machines? Seems like a pretty mix review online.

It works quite well. I haven’t tried many other brands, but of the ones I’ve tried, I like this one.

First vacuum all the leaves, dirt clumps and dust or sand piles from the floor, I use the brush attachment on the shopvac for the dash and side panels and doors.
Next open the windshield and all of the doors then use the blower.
Finally I use a microfiber cloth and Pledge or Endust and wipe down the whole interior.
I never use water on the inside of any off road car. Water turns every thing to mud, mud is harder to clean.
