I was disappointed. I thought they were bringing out a new rack. This product won't help most of us because we have long travel and it's made for stock tie rods

I believe Sandcraft will make longer tie rods if requested. They use rod ends with 5/8-18 shanks, worst case scenario you buy some aluminum hex bar stock, cut to length and drill and tap the ends.

It’s more that the stabilizer will change the geometry of the tie rods, and on the mid/long travel suspension, it may interfere with the a-arms.

We don't need a stabilizer kit anyway. We need a new EPS/steering rack. Mine was bad from the factory on the stock tires.

I could see interference with the a-arms depending on the a-arm design but are you sure it changes geometry? On the RZR XP/XPT models the inner tie rod pivot is in the same location as stock so geometry remains the same. I’ve had a stabilizer on my RZR 1K for 6k hard miles with 33’s and the factory steering rack is like new still, they’re worth the cost for sure.

Not sure on the geometry. I do know HCR and JRI are both much closer to the tie rod, and even a little angle change could interfere.
That said, I haven’t heard anyone having issues with tie rods or steering racks, aside from factory defective ones. Even my Xpedition, with OEM a-arms, but extremely deep offset wheels, I don’t really have enough a problem with bump steer or anything to feel like I need the stabilizer.

My contact at SuperATV says they are working on a replacement for the EPS/rack for the Xpedition and Pro R which are having multiple failures.
I also see that Polaris shows a new part number for the EPS rack but don't know what changed. At $2400 not a gamble I want to take.
The guy at Max Offroad LLC is using the SATV EZ Steer unit and the rack from a Pro XP (with a custom bracket to mount it). Steering sensor doesn't work though

I am hoping that SATV can come out with something stronger and reasonably priced
