Static From Right-Side Speakers and Muted Audio

Brand new machine and was experiencing constant static from right-side speakers with no audio/music playing. When music played, audio from right-side speakers both front and rear would be extremely muted. Disassembled all speakers to verify connections which were fine. Decided to check connections on back of Ride Command+ unit and found the C1 and C2 wiring harnesses were loose and not locked in place. Re-seated the connectors and tie-wrapped to eliminate direct stress on the harness and hopefully prevent future issues.

Searched online and existing forums and couldn't find much information on the specific audio issue so posting here to help others who may have or will experience the same issue to avoid unnecessary trips to the dealer for service or repairs.

i have a brand new machine and have zero sound from the entire right side speakers. i will check the connections you mention first. Also blue tooth is nothing but static and poor connectivity.

I have the same issue, tried checking the connections on the back of the ride command unit, however didn’t find anything loose or not connected. Still have the issue, sometimes the sound is very muted. Still under warranty so I’m taking it into the dealer to have them check it out…I’ll reply on this post once I have more to share
