Depends on whether you have the ADV or XP.
Viper Machine has a whip mount that works with the ADV and XP both, but they’re a tad on the expensive side at around $100 per side.
If you have an XP, here’s what I did for a flag mount.
It’s basically just a piece of 1/4” flat strap with a 1/2”x1” bolt for the rail.

you could probably do the same thing with one of the roof bolts on the ADV, but if you do, I’d recommend using a little longer bolt.
