I used the Corbin Custom Works Kit . I didn't want the lever . The corbin headlights are much brighter than stock and if you forget to turn of the rocker switch they auto turn off after 40sec's .

How much Forward offset were you using . Super ATV says their 1" forward offset a arms will not cause that problem . They said they tested them extensivly and no problems . And yes the Rhino 2.0 have greater articulation over stock .

Use the dry powder in a tube and shoot it in .

as far as the lock itself goes you should not spray anything in them . Things like WD40 and such will slowly collect dust and dirt and gum up . Use graphite .

It's interesting that some put 33's on the stock wheels and say they have no problems . i changed to System 3 4+3 wheels and System 3 33" DX440 tires. Mine ran fine but do rub when making a tight u turn . Not that bad . Not hurting anything . But irritating . Just surprised nobody is having...
