What is the best battery for a 2024 XP5 ultimate Haveing trouble starting when it gets to 12 volts and this is the original battery

Thanks everyone for the help I tried everything and ended up haveing to take it to the dealer to get it. Fixed the ride command need the computer to reboot but it is fixed now so thank you all for the help
