Annoying issues.

These are some of the issues I am having with my Xpedition.
*Leaky windshield - Polaris replaced under extended warranty with the same windshield with the same issues.
*NOISY! So loud it gave you a headache! We added sound dampening panels and carpet that helped somewhat.
*Engine break nonexistent-felt like you were tapping the brake every time you go downhill-dealer put in a Gilomen clutch kit/ECU ($700) that helped the issues but also caused the already high noise level to increase because it raised the RPMs so much. We added another Gilomen kit ($200) that lowered the RPMs but neither of these kits helped with the herky-jerky when letting off the gas and coasting to a stop. ANNOYING!
*Put in an aftermarket belt that Gilomen recommended showed some improvement.
*Just got it back from the shop due to a noise in the secondary clutch - they had to replace the bolts that came loose and rubbed a hole in the cover - they could not explain how that could have happened.
*Smells like raw gas if you have the windows down.
Looking for solutions/recommendations.
Just to let you know, I am running mostly on blacktop and gravel roads as well as the off-road trails.

2016 Ranger XP 1000 crew. Never had an issue after 7000 miles in the rocky Nevada desert. Except for the things I broke because of my own fault. Engine is being replaced in my 2024 Xpedition with 1500 miles right now. Once I get it back and deem it "better" I will sell and buy a Talon. Polaris quality has just degraded so bad with the drivetrain issues.

No issues with the rangers? Seems like every rzr and Xpedition I’ve had has had multiple issues. Still like them but kinda crazy what’s spent to have so many issues.

Trading for a Talon?? I had a 2024 Talon X4. Fabulous Machine. Loved the drivetrain.
But, I could fry steaks on the console the heat in the cab was way beyond awful!! All the heat from the radiator fan comes right into the cab. I spent several thousand trying to insulate things to keep that heat out, with no success at all!!!
I've heard that Honda is coming out with a different Talon...wait until you can see one to see if the machine comes with an enclosed cab.
Otherwise you'll come to hate it. Just like I did.

The Ranger def has issues, that is why I 'upgraded' to the xpedition .

lol yeah these things are frustrating. I have an Xpedition as well as a pro r and they both have issue. Crazy that seems like everyone has different issues. I’ve probably had 10 different SxS since 08 and they seem to be getting worse and costing more. Not sure why I keep doing it. As frustrating as the Xpedition is it’s probably my most used and get the most enjoyment out of.

The gas smell. What year is your Xpedition. I read a post on moving the vent line. Had a photo of the vent line and where it was located.
Hmmm...on my '26 ADV 2-seat...not there on the Driver or Passenger side? Haven't take time to find where they moved it. But it's a
different location and I have never had a gas smell.

Hotter than the Xpedition? My 2016 Ranger was ice-cold compared to the Xpedition because it had the shifter on the dash.
