Spent a year with my Xpedition XP 2 Seat Northstar and never liked the machine. Hopefully Polaris can improve these $39K machines. The cab noise in my opinion was unbearable, mine always had the random front end clunk, driveshaft noise, pulled hard right even with everything aligned perfect. I did a $500 clutch kit, also tried the Polaris upgrade, did and all kinds of noise reduction matting without acceptable results. They've got a long long ways to go on these Xpeditions. Still deciding what will be replacing this toy.

I'm not in your shoes, but I know all UTVs have issues. You might want to pop over to the General, Can-AM, or Kawasaki forum and see the similar stuff that each owner despises. Good hunting. Hope you find a replacement you like.

better go buy a jeep. These are utv's not escalades. Mine 2 seater adv is so much quieter than my previous sxs's it not even funny. I love my xpedtion, best sxs I have owned.

Love my adv Northstar even with the issues I've had. I feel it's the best out there at the moment. Now if Honda comes out with an air conditioned UTV with their current transmission instead of a drive belt I'm all in!

I love mine also! Like someone above said, it's a UTV, not an SUV. It's an off road machine that rides nice and goes everywhere. I don't think there is anything out there now that compares to the X Northstar.
