2 harnesses by radiator??

Can anyone tell me what these 2 harnesses by the radiator are for? Apologies if this has been answered. I searched but couldn’t find the answer. Ignore my led light strip. Thanks.

The loose one is for the driving lights. The rocker switch plug is behind the dash same side as the headlight switch. I just wired mine up. I bought a set of lights off of Amazon, made a bracket and bought the switch from Polaris.
