32” Tires

Do you know if the pro r wheel offset is the same as stock Xpedition wheels? I’m thinking of doing the same, buying pro r take offs and adding 2 inch spacers to gain stability.

I’m not sure on their offset. Most Polaris wheels are a 6/1 offset. Even if it’s a 5/2 offset, you’ll still be good.

OEM doesn’t do 4/3 or deeper, and that’s where rubbing might start happening, depending on the tread design on 32” and 33” tires.

At the time of purchase , my dealer , put 32x10 tires with one inch spacers on our Xp5 , and it's been used throughout the Alpine Loop, Manti Utah and the Az Peace Trail without an issue.

I'm curious if anyone has sourced jeep wheels . They have been 5 on 4.5 for ever. I see 4 sets of 33s on market place in my area right now

Thanks for the info. Going to pick up the 32”s tomorrow. Curious is everyone still running stock clutches with the 32s.

You can run automotive wheels, they’re just heavier. And even though it’s not a lot, more rotating mass robs power.

One of my friends was running 35s with stock clutch and ECU tune. His machine still ran great and he hadn’t burned a belt in 1500 miles.
So yeah, a clutch kit isn’t required to run larger tires.

I am still running the stock clutch with my 32 in tires. However my wife and I do wear the Cardo head sets. We can talk with one another and listen to our own music at the same time!

Running Tusk Terrabites in 32x10x15 tires since day one. Well, since it had 4.5 miles on the ODO.
Never have heard a rub in a bit over 800 miles.
I'm running 9 psi in all four tires.

This is the route I am going with. I thought hard about 32 inch tires but decided againts it. If you want to get a inch or two more of body clearance, look into replacing the stock springs with "Dual Rate: springs. They will give you 1.5 or 2 inch of extra body clearance. I did this with my Rzr and loved it. Improved ride and got the clearance without sacrificing power. thx

On pretty much every other SxS going to larger tires robs power. The Xpedition, however, has a lower geared transmission (to handle the extra weight) than what the engine is designed for. Several people have dynoed the Xpedition, going to 32” tires, and they actually gain power. Once you get over 33” tires is where they start to drop.

That said, yes, every Xpedition comes from the factory sitting below the advertised ride height. Pretty much every Xpedition I’ve measured comes in around 12” ground clearance. Advertised is 14”.
Polaris springs are also notorious for sagging. Simply adjusting spring preload can help quite a bit with ground clearance issues, but if one has their Xpedition loaded up or takes more than 1 passenger, re-springing is highly recommended.
