I've had my Xpedition for almost a year and since the beginning I've had two on going problems that the dealership has attempted to correct numerous times with long shop visits taking away from my riding time. Please let me know if you have had these same issues and if so, what did you do to correct them? Assuming you have been able to correct them. Thanks!
The glove box hinge won't stay in place and continues to fall out. Initially, the door was hard to close or wouldn't stay shut and now the hinge component won't stay in it's place so the hook on the door now has nothing to attach to. I'm open for any suggestions as well as mods to make this work better than the factory design.
I have the upgraded JBL system. After about the first 100 miles, there was a popping noise coming from the left front speaker. The sound is exactly like the sound the speakers make when you reset the head unit. Sometimes music plays, and the popping noise interrupts the music, and when the music isn't playing, the popping noise is continuous. Additionally, the Bluetooth connection to my iPhone rarely works, and I am forced to use the USB port, which I have not rerouted from the glove box. The dealership has replaced and tested everything, wiring harness, head unit, speaker, you name and they have replaced it. Polaris is stumped, and so am I. This is my last-ditch effort to correct this issue before I set fire to the damn thing. LOL!
