Overhead gun rack install

I was going to insulate the cab this past weekend but moved on to more practical things and installed the overhead roof rack. Very simple and turned out great.

Big sky gun racks 2 gun rack
Used rubber gasket material between bracket and frame.
I didn’t know how deep the frame rail would be so I used some shorter screws and pre drilled drilled holes, after drilling the included self tapping screws likely would have been fine.
Plenty of headroom

Been a year now, have you had any issues or would you change anything on the rifle roof mount?

It’s been rock solid, no issues I’d do it again.
