We waited… and then waited some more! Finally got the Razorback Off-road Rack and it was worth the wait! It just looks so much better than all the others I’ve seen.

nice. Easy to assemble? What's the max weight the top rack can handle you think?

Per RBO, the max weight for the top tray is 60 pounds.
And it was super easy to assemble. There’s only 3 pieces, not including accessory mounts. Just the 2 sides and the top tray. It came in a huge box and really well packaged. IMG_8429.webp

NIce! I am curious though, what is the weight of the rack itself?

JT, curious as to what mount you used for the Rotomax fuel can? Did you have to drill your own mounting holes?
On my rack (same as yours) the Rotomax DLX mounts do not match to any of the factory holes.

I like the height of that Razorback bed rack system. With a weight restriction of only 40lb and 29" the Razorback system will not allow me to carry a matching spare tire with the rest of my XP. Does anyone know of another XP bed rack system that can get flush with the roof while allowing the ability to carry a full size spare tire? I'm running 33" Valor Tango tires. At this point I've settled on the SRD over the bed tower.

DRT has a low profile bed rack that can carry a spare below the top of the roof. Pretty much any rack that carries the spare low like that is going to block the view out the back window, but that’s the trade off.
