Ride Command Issues

My Ride Command was cutting out and the right tweeter sounded like it was blown when hooked up through Bluetooth. I removed the Ride Command screen and found the biggest plug wasn’t snapped tightly together. I also connected my phone through the USB port in the glove box. Everything is working perfectly now. Hope this helps

I have had all kinds of issues with mine not wanting to pull location. All other stuff seems to work good. Did first updates lasted, one ride, then shop did multiple reprogramming, took it to erliest ride command settings, then it took the new update for one ride. Then no go. I took her back and they did a similar tweek . It seem to stay after one ride. …
