Ride Command Screen Goes Black?

Our Ride Command screen goes black at random times? Sometimes it's that way for just a short time, then comes back on in color, other times it stays black for quite awhile? Anyone else experiencing that?

I saw another post on this issue. The problem was that the main plug was not plugged all the way in.

They’re on the back of the Ride Command unit. To access them, you just need to remove the center panel on top of the dash. The 3 bolts holding the windshield latch and 2 plastic push rivets hold that down.
