I pick up the XP5 on May 31st and I'm wondering if I should buy a spare tire. Or, should I just carry the patch kit and an air compressor that I carried in the Jeep.

On very long trips I will carry the spare. I always carry plugs, several bottles of slime, Glue tread and a sidewall slug as well as a compressor. Ditto for me too. The dealer had a brand new matching front for $250 from someone who upgraded theirs. I sometimes go places a 4-wheeler can't get to, so it would be a real ordeal if a tire blew out.I had to change my vote. The dealer offered me a great deal on a swapped out tire and rim. They gave me the 10" front to use as a spare. We did a 80 mile loop the other day on rocky terrain. Nothing happened, but if it did, I would have been 20 miles from help. The spare is cheap insurance.
