32” Tusk Terrabite Tires

Interesting, I have never heard of "Balancing Beads" before. Are they better than just the normal stick on weights? If so I wonder why shops in my area do not use them> (I think they do not use them)? I use discount tire or Big-O for all my tire needs. thx
Stick on weights require a balancing machine, and they’re static. If you dismount/re-mount your tire you have to go back to the machine to re-balance.

Balancing beads are dynamic. No special equipment required to use them, aside from standard tire dismount/re-mount tools, and they automatically balance the tire as it rotates. Plus they’re not an eyesore.

Some tire shops have them. But you can also just buy them on Amazon. Installation is as simple as breaking one bead loose on the tire and dumping in the recommended amount for the tire size.

JT, do these balancing beads come in different sizes? We use balancing beads at our shop where I work on our cement trucks. I am wondering if those same beads will work?
They’re all essentially the same, only differences I’ve seen is glass or ceramic beads. We have used both, and we use them in the SxSs, our personal vehicles, and semi trucks.
I like the glass ones better. The ceramic tend to break down over time and become a pile of dust. Haven’t had that happen with the glass ones.

I have 34"s. I aligned the colored dots with the valve stems. No issues at higher speeds. I also do my own front end alignments and I run with 1/4" toe in on all three of my machines.
