Made a custom mount to add a Rotopax Tank onto the Xpedition rail system. Rock solid set-up that’ll hold any size tank.

I had rotopax fuel cans about 5 years ago . They kept splitting at seams . Called rotopax they told me don’t have them out in the direct sun . I through 4 of them in trash and purchased aluminum fuel cans . That was my experience.

I've had several and never had any issues, they do have a 10YR warranty as well.

I did kinda the same thing, however I extended the mount down so the weight was on the bed and the mount only had to hold the RotoPax upright.

That would be easy to do with this setup as well. It just didn’t seem necessary for me.

I made a few for guys, don’t currently have any left. I could make more if people are interested.
