Thanks for all the great tips everyone! I’m thinking I’ll do the 33’s and maybe air them down 8 pounds. I have the Polaris roof rack so I’m running out of room hight wise getting it into the garage so I have to proceed with caution lol.

I have noticed the rpms get up there pretty high and loud. Will changing out my tires maybe quiet that down a bit?

I'm in the u.p. of Michigan and we see all conditions. Great in the mud, not real noisy on pavement, and depending on the snow conditions, they can be awesome. This is my 3rd set. Ran the exact tire on the rzr we had before this. They wear like iron, too.View attachment 6493View attachment 6494
thinking about putting lights in my bumper grill as well, what lights did you go with ?

They're a 4" cube from a company called Xsprite. My light bar is also from them. These were lights I kept from our rzr.
I had a hard time making them fit in that space. I had to mount them sideways so I could get the bumper grill piece to still fit. Makes it difficult to adjust them as well. A 3"cube would probably fit better. I just made due with what I had.

Thank you

It's interesting that some put 33's on the stock wheels and say they have no problems . i changed to System 3 4+3 wheels and System 3 33" DX440 tires. Mine ran fine but do rub when making a tight u turn . Not that bad . Not hurting anything . But irritating . Just surprised nobody is having problems with the stock wheels . as they have mor positive offset . I bought the Super ATV Atlas 1" forward offset a arms but have not put them on yet .

The deeper offset pushes the tire rearward when turning, whereas the OEM offset pushes it forward.
With Packard 3.5/3.5 offset wheels on my Xpedition, it rubs a little at full right turn when the suspension is compressed, running Maxxis 32” carnivores.

Polaris recognizes the loud sound issues, your dealership can get you a free clutch upgrade, my ‘24 EXP5 Northstar got a lot quieter

…on stock wheels, yeah?

I want to run 32s, and by 32s I mean true 32s not 32s that are barely a tick over 31…so 33-inch Tusk Terrabites seem to fit the bill in that respect and there’s certainly a lot of good feedback about them…
