Can anyone tell me where i can purchase the heater AND ac for the 2024 ADV 5 ultimate? I see several places to purchase the heater the installs in the factory vents, but nothing that says it is also the ac unit. It would be nice to be able to stay comfortable while riding in the summer. Thanks guys for any info.

While you can purchase the individual components for the a/c, they only sell a complete kit for the heater.
Non Northstars don’t come with the alternator and A/C Compressor, and the ECU has to have the correct flash to operate the A/C system.

Basically, your options for A/C, if you have the Xpedition Ultimate, is to trade it in for the Northstar, or use a portable A/C unit like the Zerobreeze or Ecoflow

If I purchase the other parts, can I send my ecu off to be flashed for the ac? Or would I need to purchase a new ecu?

It’s possible that someone could put the Northstar tune on your ecu. Aftermarket Assassins or Gilomen… someone like that.

Just so you’re aware… it would be a pretty extreme job to add the A/C. It would pretty much take stripping the machine down to the frame, a bunch of work on the motor, replacing the whole main wiring harness, and replacing your current radiator. And all of it depends on if your dealers can even get, or will sell you all the components you’d need.

If you decide to go this route, I’d love to see updates on how it goes.

Funny part about all of this, is i told myself I'd never buy a polaris. And yet, here I am owning an xpedition. Dont get me wrong, it rides way better than my rmax did, its quiter, and there are lots more options and after market accessories for polaris, but dang everything is way more expensive it seems like.
