It says they are quick and easy to install. I ordered a set what is involved in the installation?

After unscrewing the bolt the nut on the inside is not held in place and drops down into the inner panel. Had to remove speakers, plastic rivets, a few screws to move the panel enough to try to hold the nut from the inside while reinstalling the bolt with the mount. Had people on FB saying it only took them 10 minutes to do both sides, lol, at least a half hour per side
