Front end click/pop

2024 ADV5 Northstar, front end noises under load and only when turning, ball joints, tie rods, bearings all solid…so I took it to my dealership, it’s got them stumped! They thought it might be front Halfshaft’s, so ordered new Rhine shafts, it got worse! Now they’ve ordered new OEM shafts and we will see…I can’t be the only one getting this, but I have wheeled it pretty damn hard…

My front end made every noise imaginable from day one. Dealership replaced so many parts I can't remember what they are and still it makes all the same noises. Wish I had a better answer for ya.

I took mine to a local SXS shop and they had it for 2 days trying to find the front-end noise. They finally found that the noise was coming from the steering rack. No one make a fix or an upgrade at the moment, and Polaris has not addressed the problem with these steering racks.

Lots of bad steering racks on the Xpedition. Turbo R/Pro S and Pro R. No aftermarket yet. SATV is working on one. Sandcraft has the steering rack stabilizer but you would have had to install that before the stock rack went bad.
Your only choices right now are OEM or maybe hydraulic from Dirt Division or NSR (Natural State Racecraft). Other than that one shop is using a SATV EZ steer, the rack from an XP1000 and a custom built bracket.
Finally on the Xpedition, Polaris has changed the part number for the EPS/rack but no one knows if the rack is new and improved
