Are you doing a full street legal kit, or just a license plate?
For just the license plate mount XTC or W. D. Electronics should have standalone plate mounts.

Just a plate mount idea is what im looking for Here in PA, DCNR rquires the plate to use stsate trails

Attach it to the heat shield for the muffler, unless it has to be lighted. The guy that owned mine prior did that.

I have the WD Electronics street legal kit that comes with license plate mount. They do sell the license plate mount only.
