Just an idea… we use Packout plates on the bottom of the bed in our Xpeditions, but it’d be nice if someone made them with the mounting tabs to line up with the factory bed bolts. We’ve done them on several Xpedition builds.
We’ve been drilling through the bed and then silicone sealing the bolts.
I use 2 full plates in mine and my brother uses 1 full in the center and a 1/2 plate to the right side of it.

80-20 rails to factory bed bolts. The factory packout mounts holes line up perfect.
