Our 2025 Xpedition ADV 5 Northstar is our third Polaris SXS. I've learned a lot about these machines when it comes to wiring. I belong to the to the "KISS" philosophy. My opinion is that the using Polaris Pulse Bar just leads to sloppy wiring. I always try to have each electrical accessary on its own fuse and relay. After running wiring for 6+ accessory, wiring becomes insane trying to keep things neat and the fact that getting that much wiring through that tiny little rubber grommet at the firewall can get difficult. I decided if we ever got another SXS I would do things differently.

So, this time I went with a 8 Gang Switch Panel with Solid State Relays. That unit has an 80-amp capacity. Now have just ONE cable controlling eight separate electrical circuits and no need to hack up the dash panels either. I also tried to prewire for options I have not yet installed. When you consider all the switches, relays and an extra fuse block, this Switch Panel is not that expensive.

This has the option to be powered directly to the battery or having ACC control the power. ACC does not carry the current load, it just acts as a switch connecting the battery power. The Backlighting of the panel is dimmable, the switches can be either on/off, Momentary power, press and hold to turn on, release to turn off or Pulsed Strobe Mode, used for emergency light or warning light.

Overall, my wiring could be a little neater, but it sure is much simpler install and maintain.
